بتن ریزی چیست؟

به فرآیند ریختن بتن در محل مورد نظر اطلاق می شود یا به عبارت دیگر به اجرای بتن در محل پروژه، بتن ریزی گفته می شود.

بتن ریزی انواع مختلفی دارد که یکی از آنها بتن ریزی کف محوطه می باشد.

مراحل اجرای بتن ریزی کف

مرحله اول: ابتدا باید کف را کاملا از سنگ های بزرگ به وسیله  شن کش و تمیز نموده و سپس سطح زمین را صاف کرده و در نهایت برای داشتن سطحی صاف و همچنین سهولت در بتن ریزی، بتن مگر را  اجرا میکنیم و زمانی که  مگرریزی کف به اتمام رسید نوبت به اجرای آرماتور بندی است.

بتن مگر چیست: یک  نوع بتن نازک می باشد که سیمان استفاده شده در آن بسیار کم می باشد، به همین دلیل مقاومت چندانی ندارد. مقدار سیمانی که در بتن مگر استفاده می شود معمولا بین ۱۵۰-۱۴۰ کیلو گرم است.

مرحله دوم : برای مسلح نمودن بتن، آرماتور بندی یا مش گذاری انجام میگردد. در اجرای آرماتور بندی نباید از میلگردهای زنگ زده و یا پوسیده استفاده کرد زیرا استفاده از آنها به کف آسیب وارد میکند. بعد از اجرای آرماتور بندی نوبت به اجرای بتن ریزی کف می رسد.

مرحله سوم : در اجرای بتن ریزی بهتر است، عیار بتن  ۳۵۰ تا ۴۰۰ باشد تا بتواند مقاومت خود را حفظ کند، برای افزایش مقاومت بتن و کاهش نفوذپذیری آن میتوان از محصول NSG–N50  با نسبت ترکیب  بین ۱% تا ۲% وزن سیمان و یا نسبت یک به ده تا یک به بیست استفاده نمود و همچنین برای جلوگیری از ایجاد ترک در بتن و کاهش وزن مخصوص آن، محصول  NSG-P.P  که خاصیت آب گریزی دارد را به آن اضافه کرد.

عامل مهم دیگری که در بتن ریزی حائز اهمیت می­ باشد روان بودن و سهولت در پمپاژ است که میتوان در این قسمت از محصول NSG-SH7  فوق روان کننده (برپایه پلی کربوکسیلات اتر) استفاده نمود.

بعد از اضافه کردن افزودنی ها، بتن ریزی اجرا می­شود.
